II. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data for one or more of the purposes listed below:
1. For entering into a business agreement based on your interest in our offer (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
2. To perform an agreement you have entered into with us (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
3. For analytical purposes, optimizing service processes based on the course of sales and after-sales processes, including handling complaints, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. For archival (evidence) purposes to secure information in case of a legal need to prove facts, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. For potential establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
6. For customer satisfaction surveys and evaluating service quality, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

V. Data Retention Period
For business agreements: We retain your data for the duration of agreement negotiations and until the end of the calendar year following the last contact regarding the agreement.
Following the execution of a business agreement: We retain your data until the expiration of any potential claims arising from the agreement.
For direct marketing of our products and services: We retain your basic contact data until you object to the processing for this purpose, withdraw your consent if we process it on that basis, or determine that the data has become outdated.

1. Right of access to your data and to receive a copy.
2. Right to rectify (correct) your data.
3. Right to delete data: If you believe we have no grounds to process your data, you may request deletion.
4. Right to restrict data processing: You can request that we limit the processing of your personal data solely to storage or agreed-upon actions if you believe we have incorrect data or process it unlawfully; you do not wish it deleted because you need it for establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims; or for the period of any objection raised by you regarding data processing.

VII. Requirement/Voluntary Nature of Data Provision
Providing your data is voluntary but necessary to enter into an agreement. Without your data, we cannot conclude an agreement to perform our services or fulfill the offer.
